About Marielena Scott

Marielena Scott focuses her practice on employment and labour law, with particular emphasis on collective labour relations, union matters, collective bargaining and labour compliance. She has extensive experience advising and representing unions, including the Confederation of Mexican Workers (CTM), in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with leading national and international companies. Marielena assists clients in developing labour strategies, implementing compliance programmes, conducting labour audits and managing complex negotiations involving multiple union stakeholders. She also represents clients before labour authorities and advises on representation disputes, internal union conflicts and the adaptation of labour practices to Mexico’s evolving regulatory framework.
