About Stefano Amato

Stefano Amato focuses his practice on real estate, corporate, finance and M&A transactions, with more than 28 years of experience. He has been involved in and acted as leading counsel on many strategic transactions in Mexico, some of them for several hundred million dollars, including the sales of insurance companies, pension funds and hotel chains. He has acted as main counsel for large shopping centres, industrial establishments, hi-tech enterprises, foreign banks, entertainment companies and leading international fashion companies, among others. He acts as director for several Mexican companies, some of which are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
