About Dianne Daley McClure

Dianne Daley McClure is senior partner at Foga Daley and heads the intellectual property (IP) department. With three decades of IP experience, Dianne has been an expert at forums such as WIPO and UNESCO, providing high-level IP advice to the government of Jamaica. She chairs the Jamaican Copyright Licensing Agency, the IP Committee of the Jamaican Bar Association and the Trademarks and Copyright Tribunals of the Cayman Islands and lectures patent law, copyright law and entertainment law at the University of the West Indies. Dianne is also an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
