About Rachael Lodge Corrie

Rachael Lodge Corrie is a partner at Foga Daley and trade mark lead in the IP department. Her practice includes prosecution, brand portfolio management and contentious trade mark matters. She is adept at handling complex matters including office actions for local and international applications and trade mark oppositions before the Jamaica IP Office. Other practice areas include patent prosecution, entertainment, media and advertising, and copyright transactions. Rachael is an active International Trademark Association (INTA) member and member of the Jamaican Bar Association’s IP and Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Technology Sub-Committees and adjunct tutor of entertainment law at the University of the West Indies.
