served for 14 years as legal adviser to the Iberdrola Group in Bolivia, during which time the company provided power services to the cities of La Paz, El Alto and Oruro, until its nationalisation in 2012. Later, she joined CARRASCO FIRMA DE ABOGADOS as associate attorney in charge of the commercial, regulatory and power areas, advising construction, distribution, import and service companies. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidad Católica Boliviana and is a candidate for a Master’s degree in Business Law at the Universidad Privada Boliviana.
