About Farah Majid

Farah Majid is an associate in HFW’s Singapore office Commodities team, focusing on commodities, carbon markets, and climate finance. She advises on legal and commercial aspects of both voluntary and compliance carbon markets, including drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements for carbon offset units. Farah has also contributed to high-profile insurance litigation in English courts related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, within the Aerospace team. She possesses expertise in sustainable aviation, analysing issues concerning sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and CORSIA. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Associate in the State Courts of Singapore. Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore, Farah is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
