About Craig Cothill

Craig Cothill is a senior associate in the dispute resolution practice at Alsuwaidi & Company. He holds an LLB and master’s degree in international trade from the Northwest University in South Africa. He has a diploma in intellectual property law, and is qualified as an arbitrator in both sports law (anti-doping disputes) and disciplinary hearings of chartered accountants. He has the right of appearance at DIFC and deals with DIAC arbitrations. Craig is noted for his experience in contentious and non-contentious matters. He started his career as a disputes lawyer, gaining experience in real estate, construction, the interpretation of contracts, banking and insurance disputes.
