About Mamdouh Tawfik

Mamdouh Tawfik is an associate in the corporate and commercial team at Alsuwaidi & Company, based in Dubai. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, governance and regulatory matters, as well as employment and commercial contracts. Prior to joining the firm, he held legal roles in major Gulf-based companies, leading contract negotiation, drafting complex agreements and internal procedures, and liaising closely with governmental entities. Mamdouh also served three years as Chairman of the Control & Investigation Committee of a Gulf holding company and has been appointed to employee affairs and listing committees.
