Rajiv Suri is a senior associate in the intellectual property and corporate practice at Alsuwaidi & Company. He has nearly three decades' experience in IP and commercial law in both India and the UAE, and has dealt extensively with media and advertisement law. Rajiv’s forte lies in drafting and vetting various forms of IP agreements, including brand acquisition, sale and purchase of patents, copyrights, licensing, assignment deeds, commercial contracts, technical know-how agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data protection laws and manufacturing agreements, along with advising clients on commercial and construction disputes, including those before forums such as DIFC, DIAC, ADCCAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL.
