About Essam Abdel Khaleq

Essam Abdel Khaleq is a lawyer and legal consultant with over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law. His practice covers trade mark prosecution, oppositions, recordals, enforcement, dispute resolution, brand creation and portfolio management. He also oversees patent filings, including PCT applications, as well as industrial designs and copyrights across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA region. He represents both multinational corporations and regional clients in complex IP matters. Mr Khaleq is an active member of several IP associations and regularly serves as a speaker, trainer and co-ordinator at conferences, seminars and professional workshops.
