About Maria Farrukh Khan

Maria Farrukh Khan is a managing partner at United Trademark & Patent Services based primarily in the firm’s UAE offices. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and completed the Law Tripos at the University of Cambridge as a Commonwealth Scholar. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn. Her practice focuses on patents, trade marks, litigation and regional portfolio management. She has worked with leading international law firms in London and New York and is an active member of several global IP associations. She also serves as an adjunct professor at LUMS and regularly speaks at international conferences.
