became partner in 2014 and has concentrated his professional practice in the area of legal and tax consulting services, assisting a significant number of local companies and international groups. His practice has focused on tax structuring, M&A, tax due diligence, corporate restructure and reorganisations, tax litigation (administrative and tax court), international taxation and foreign investment in Chile and Latin America. Andrés has extended his practice in several economic areas, with his main attention in infrastructure, energy, financial, retail and real estate. Before joining KPMG, Andrés worked as a lawyer in the tax & legal department of EY between 2005 and 2010. He is admitted to practise law in Chile and holds an LLM degree in international taxation from Levin College of Law, University of Florida.
