About Amin Hajji

Amin Hajji is the founder of Hajji 4 Law SAS. He is also a professor of international commercial law and business law at the faculty of law of Hassan II University of Casablanca, and an attorney at law at the Casablanca Bar. Amin has been involved in major infrastructure and development projects in Morocco in relation to aviation regulation, aircraft financing, renewable energy, maritime port and facilities contracts, oil and gas exploration, international financing of corporations and international M&A. Amin represents clients before national jurisdictions and national and international arbitration courts as counsel or arbitrator.
