About Mark Keenan

Mark Keenan is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg’s Atlanta office. Mark’s labour and employment practice focuses on counselling employers on complex labour and employment issues, and helping them develop positive employee relations strategies. He assists employers in responding to union-organising efforts, having been involved in more than 100 union campaigns and having argued numerous traditional labour cases before the National Labor Relations Board and federal courts of appeal. He has negotiated on behalf of management in collective bargaining negotiations and represented employers in dozens of labour arbitration cases, primarily in the manufacturing, retail and hospitality industries and in the public sector.
