Adam S Walters
is a partner who focuses on real estate development from initial planning and entity formation to project completion, including litigation related to project development, and is particularly experienced in land use and zoning matters, including environmental impact review pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. He also has extensive experience of environmental due diligence and permitting for industrial facilities under the Clean Air Act, and is a member of the firm’s energy and telecommunications practice teams. Mr. Walters graduated with a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School and is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
