About Adam S. Walters

Adam S. Walters is a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP and co-leader of the firm’s Real Estate Industry Team. He focuses on real estate development, from initial planning and entity formation to project completion. He is experienced in land use and zoning matters, including environmental impact review pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Adam routinely handles brownfield redevelopment projects and wetland permitting. He is a member of the American, New York State, and Erie County Bar Associations and is the WNY Chapter Chair of the Urban Land Institute. Adam has also served an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo School of Law and University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning.
