About Kimberly R. Nason

Kimberly R. Nason is a partner and leader of Phillips Lytle LLPs’ land, environment and energy practice group. She focuses her practice on land use and zoning, environmental law and energy matters, especially renewable energy project development. Her expertise within the energy industry includes the development and permitting of solar energy facilities, involving a thorough knowledge of SEQRA. Kimberly is adept at navigating interagency dynamics and spearheading collaboration between federal, state and local officials. Kimberly serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Business Law Section as the energy and climate law representative; she is also a member of Women in Communications and Energy.
