Lindsey E. Haubenreich is a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP and co-leader of the firm’s energy and renewables industry team. She focuses her practice on environmental law, land use and zoning, energy and telecommunications matters. She has experience counselling clients on environmental due diligence, environmental compliance, and brownfield redevelopment. Lindsey represents clients in regulatory and transactional matters before the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and advises clients on the development and siting of renewable energy facilities. She also handles land use and zoning matters, including compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act and telecommunications siting, appearing before municipalities across New York State.
