About Thomas F. Puchner

Thomas F. Puchner is a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP and co-leader of the energy and renewables team. He focuses on energy law, with an emphasis on regulatory matters, compliance, siting and regulatory litigation. Thomas frequently assists clients with matters before the PSC (and other state utility commissions), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the New York Independent System Operator and the courts. He regularly advises on matters related to development of renewable energy projects, including zoning approvals and SEQRA compliance, as well as proceedings under Public Service Law Article 10 (generation siting) and Article VII (transmission siting).
