She advises principally on structured finance matters, having worked on a large number of securitisation and factoring transactions, in connection with a variety of types of receivable (including non-performing loans); the structuring of programmes; and the issuance of bonds by banks secured by residential and commercial mortgage receivables, and by RMBS. She also has experience in banking law, having been involved in domestic and international financing transactions connected with corporate acquisitions and purchases of property portfolios, and of debt restructurings.
