About Juan Carlos Foncea

Juan Carlos Foncea has been with Mayora & Mayora since 2008 and has professional and academic expertise in the area of tax law, a discipline in which he obtained a master’s degree from the International Tax Centre of the University of Leiden in 2014. His professional practice focuses on providing transactional and tax advice to local and foreign entities, as well as on administrative law and public procurement matters. He also develops foreign investment policies for international clients, with an emphasis on tax structures, energy matters, identification of rights of way, and real estate analysis for project implementation.
