About Nigel Ebanks

Nigel Ebanks is a senior partner at Barrow and Williams LLP and was admitted to practice in Belize in 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he served as Crown Counsel in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Nigel’s practice encompasses both commercial transactions and litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation. He has appeared as lead counsel in various cross-border disputes, and has considerable experience in asset tracing and recovery and the litigation of complex commercial disputes. He practises in both trial work and appellate advocacy, and is a member of the Bar Association of Belize.
