About Gina Phillipps Black

Gina Phillipps Black is a partner and head of the commercial department of Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, with over 33 years of experience. Gina’s practice includes M&A, financial and regulatory law, insurance, and securities, tax, energy, competition, and anti-money laundering. She is a former member and Chairman of the Board of Tax Administration Jamaica. She is the current Chairman of Jamaica Customs Agency Advisory Board and a member of the Proceeds of Crime Act Committee of the General Legal Council. She is a director of a publicly listed company on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and chairs its Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee. She sits on the board of several of companies in the listed company’s group.
