About Simone Bowie Jones

Simone Bowie Jones is a partner in the commercial department of Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, and has over 19 years of experience. Her practice includes M&A, securities, banking and financial regulation, fintech, competition, corporate finance and public private partnerships. Simone currently serves as a director of a private equity firm and an investment advisory company regulated by the Financial Services Commission. She also sits on the board of two companies listed on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. Simone is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association’s Commercial Law Sub-Committee.
