About Peter Goldson

Peter Goldson is Myers, Fletcher & Gordon’s senior partner. He practices in the Commercial Department and has over 36 years of experience. His practice includes M&A, project finance, capital markets, securities, regulatory advice, mining, pensions and intellectual property. Peter currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Companies Office of Jamaica, and the Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica International Financial Services Authority. He is the former Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office.
