About Peter Goldson

Peter Goldson is Myers, Fletcher & Gordon’s senior partner. He practices in the commercial department and has 36 years of experience. His practice includes M&A, project finance, capital markets, securities, regulatory advice, mining, pensions and intellectual property. Peter currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Companies Office of Jamaica, Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica International Financial Services Authority and is the former Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office. Peter is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association’s Commercial Law Sub-Committee.
