About Bettina Spilker

Bettina Spilker is a salaried partner at Kantenwein and a member of the firm’s criminal tax law and tax litigation team. Her practice centres on the judicial and extrajudicial defence of clients in tax and white-collar criminal proceedings, voluntary tax disclosures and tax litigation across all areas of tax law, with a particular focus on VAT, representing both companies and private individuals. Professor Spilker also teaches at the University of Münster, where her research focuses on VAT law. She publishes extensively in this field and regularly speaks at academic and professional events.
