About Laura Fussek

Laura Fussek is a salaried partner at Kantenwein and a member of the criminal tax law and tax litigation team. Her practice involves the judicial and extrajudicial defence of clients in tax and white-collar criminal proceedings, the submission of voluntary disclosures in tax matters, and tax disputes across the spectrum of tax law. She advises on private equity structures and defending clients in international tax crime investigations. As academic director of the WIRE programme, as well as a speaker and author, she provides practical insights into current developments. Laura is a board member of JuWiSt e.V., promoting the visibility of women in business and tax crime law.
