About Kehinde George

Kehinde George heads ASW’s restructuring and insolvency practice. She has practised as a barrister and attorney in Bermuda since 1996. Prior to this, she practised as a solicitor in England for ten years. Kehinde has over 30 years of corporate restructuring and insolvency experience. She has advised liquidators, provisional liquidators, creditors, shareholders and regulators, in relation to numerous local and cross-border insolvencies, restructurings and schemes of arrangement. These include The Bermuda Fire & Marine Insurance Company Ltd, the Global Crossing Group, Northern Offshore Ltd, PEG Reinsurance Company Ltd, Saad Investments Company Ltd, Singularis Holdings Ltd, PDV Insurance Company Ltd, Noble Group Ltd, Seadrill Ltd, and Digicel Group, to name just a few. Kehinde has acted as an expert witness on Bermuda law in foreign jurisdictions and courts. Kehinde is a member of the Bermuda Bar Council and of the executive committee of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialist Association, Bermuda branch.
