About Kehinde George

Kehinde George heads ASW’s restructuring and insolvency practice. She has practised as a barrister and attorney in Bermuda since 1996. Before this, she practised as a solicitor in England for ten years. She has over 33 years of corporate restructuring and insolvency experience. She has advised liquidators, provisional liquidators, creditors, shareholders and regulators, in relation to numerous local and cross-border insolvencies, restructurings and schemes of arrangement. These include Saad investments Company Ltd, Singularis Holdings Ltd, PDV Insurance Company Ltd, Noble Group Ltd, Seadrill Ltd, Markel CATCo and Digicel Group. She has acted as an expert witness on Bermuda law in foreign jurisdictions and courts. She is a member of the Bermuda Bar Council and the executive committee of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association of Bermuda (RISA).
