About Matthew Mason

Matthew Mason is a senior counsel at ASW. He has over 16 years of experience of interlocutory, trial, and appellate advocacy and litigation, before both courts and arbitration tribunals. He has been in Bermuda for five years and in this time he has acted on some of Bermuda’s most prominent contentious insolvency matters. These include PDV Insurance Company Ltd, Northstar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd, PB Life & Annuity Co Ltd, Markel CatCo, 777 Re Ltd, and Custodian Life Limited.
