About Precious Smith

Precious Smith joined ASW in 2020 as a pupil. During her legal training with ASW, Precious spent time in all departments of the firm, providing her with a unique and broad exposure to (re)insurance and commercial law across the full spectrum of corporate, insolvency and litigation. Precious recently qualified as a Bermuda barrister and attorney. Her focus is on litigation and insolvency matters and she has recently been involved in various local and cross-border insolvencies, restructurings and schemes of arrangement. These include: Sousa’s Landscape Management Co. Ltd, Global Brands Holding Group Limited, PB Life & Annuity Co Ltd and PDV Insurance Company Ltd. In addition, Precious is a member of the Restructuring Specialist Association and INSOL International.
