About Cristina Alba

Cristina Alba is a tax lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in complex domestic and cross-border tax matters. Before joining act legal, she practised at leading firms including Roca Junyent, Baker McKenzie and EY Abogados. Cristina regularly advises international funds on investment and divestment processes in Spain and has participated in significant multinational reorganisations with multi-jurisdictional impact. Her work also includes private equity transactions, tax due diligence and M&A, as well as succession planning for family businesses and representation of Spanish companies in tax audits and Mutual Agreement Procedures.
