About Giovanni F Casucci

Giovanni F Casucci is a partner in EY TAX & LAW, Milan, Italy, with over 30 years’ experience in IP law. Before joining EY, Giovanni served as partner in several top-tier international law firms, advising entities from both the private and public sector. He has been involved in a number of European landmark cases, such as Occlutech, Flos, Diesel and Supreme. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a specialist IP lecturer and as co-director of several courses at the Politecnico di Milano, including the highly reputed UPC European patent litigation course.
