He is highly experienced in advising on the tax aspects of corporate finance, venture capital, property finance, property and capital market transactions and funds, and international private wealth. In particular, Huw has extensive experience in advising on ship finance, including establishing and unwinding complex tax-based ship finance leases, the UK tonnage tax rules and on VAT in connection with ships and yachts. He belongs to the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
