About Bárbara Marinho e Pinto

Bárbara Marinho e Pinto has been a partner at Rogério Alves & Associados (RA) since 2020. She plays a key role in the fraud and white-collar crime department, with a high specialisation in criminal law. Bárbara began her career with Xavier Andreu Rami in Barcelona in 2004 as a trainee. Before joining RA, she acted for PMBGR and for ABBC & Associados in the practice area of litigation and arbitration. She has been working with Rogério Alves since 2008, acquiring experience and knowledge in criminal litigation. Bárbara is now acting in the litigation and arbitration area, with particular focus on criminal litigation and employment law.
