About Rogério Alves

Rogério Alves founded Rogério Alves & Associados in 2013. As managing partner and head of the fraud and white-collar crime department, he has been a lawyer for over 30 years and a former chairman of the Portuguese Bar Association. Rogério established himself in the legal market, actively pursuing major social and legal causes in Portugal and abroad; this granted him a good national and international reputation, where he is known for his engagement with the general public and the defence of all fundamental rights, particularly citizens’ civil rights. His professional activity includes general litigation, with a particular emphasis on criminal and white-collar criminal law.
