Teresa Silva Tavares
is a lawyer with more than 27 years’ experience in the areas of family and succession law, particularly private international law and family and children’s law. She has an extensive practice in divorce and children’s matters, particularly in cases of custody regulation, international child abduction and maintenance. Teresa has been a partner at RA since 2020, where she works in the family and succession department, and is a full member of the Portuguese Bar Association and a member of Reunite International.
