About Karin Malherbe

Karin Malherbe is an executive at ENS Namibia, with 13 years of experience. She is admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia and holds BSocSci and LLB degrees from Rhodes University. She specialises in intellectual property, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters and due diligence investigations, and further advises clients across a number of industries including telecommunications and insurance. She is an associate member of the South African Institute of IP Law (SAIIPL) and an African Regional IP Authority Agent.
