About Azaria Wallace

Azaria Wallace is an associate designate at Dr. Weder, Kruger & Haikali Inc. Her practice focuses on general civil law, corporate and commercial law, emerging oil and gas, energy and mining sectors. She advises on commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, public procurement, and cross-border transactions. Azaria holds a LLB from the University of Namibia and an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen. She is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and also volunteers with the UN Association Scotland and UN House Scotland in support of initiatives relating to the Conference of the Parties (COP) process.
