About Jané Louw

Jané Louw is a junior associate at Dr. Weder, Kruger & Haikali Inc. and an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia, with three years of experience. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters. She advises clients on transactional, corporate and regulatory issues across a range of industries. She holds BSc (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology), BCom Law and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University and is a member of the Law Society of Namibia.
