About Nicole Freygang

Nicole Freygang is a junior associate at Dr. Weder, Kruger & Haikali Inc. and an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia, with one year of experience. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, insurance law, corporate governance and mining-related matters. She advises clients on commercial disputes, regulatory issues and litigation proceedings across a range of sectors, including the mining industry. She holds an LLB from the University of Namibia and an LLM from Stellenbosch University. She is a member of the Law Society of Namibia.
