Enrique Barrios has undertaken postgraduate studies in Harvard Law School and the University of Dundee. He worked in a prestigious law firm in New York and has been in charge of complex negotiation involving international development institutions such as the IFC and the IDB. Enrique has worked extensively in the Bolivian energy sector (hydrocarbons and electricity). His expertise includes the financing of gas pipelines and electricity generating facilities. Recent clients in this industry include IDB Invest, Blue Orchard, HSBC, Mastercard, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank.
