Ramiro Guevara
is a former head of the legal department at the Bolivian Central Bank. He was also legal counsel to the Commission in charge of negotiating the Bolivian foreign debt. Mr Guevara was later appointed to the board of directors of the Bolivian Central Bank and the National Stock Exchange Commission. He specialises in banking law, project finance, M&A and capital markets. With more than 30 years of practice in this area, he is widely regarded as one of the leading Bolivian lawyers in banking and finance.
