Alessandra Rezende Torres has more than 20 years of experience, 15 of which are in corporate law, and has been recognised for her work in complex M&A, reorganisations and sophisticated corporate structures, legal memoranda and corporate planning. She holds an LLB from the Milton Campos School of Law, a specialisation in Finance from the Brazilian Market Capital Institute (IBMEC) and an MBA in the Electric Energy Sector from Faculdade de Integração do Ensino Superior do Cone Sul (FISUL), and an MBA in the Electric Energy Sector from Faculdade de Integração do Ensino Superior do Cone Sul (FISUL).
