About Daniel Tardelli Pessoa

Daniel Tardelli Pessoa has more than 20 years of experience in law, having joined Rolim Advogados in 2023. His experience includes working in some of the largest Brazilian full-service law firms, always in the area of corporate and M&A transactions. Daniel also acted as a visiting international attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP (New York office) in 2008-2009. His practice includes assisting national and international clients from various sectors and industries, with emphasis on the IT, hospitality, civil construction, telecoms, energy, reforestation and infrastructure sectors. Daniel has also been very active in private equity and venture capital transactions. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and an LLB from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sao Paulo.
