Sophia Galbas Rezende
has been practising in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and capital markets for over five years as an associate lawyer, with a focus on M&A transactions, due diligence, corporate restructuring, privatisations, the energy sector, regulatory matters and corporate planning. Sophia holds an LLM degree in Energy Law from the Centre for Studies in Law and Business (CEDIN), and is currently undertaking a Master’s in Law and Economics at Erasmus Universiteit, Netherlands.
