About Rodrigo Dias

Rodrigo Dias is a business lawyer, acting in corporate and M&A transactions, across many sectors of the economy, such as agribusiness, energy, real estate, industry and forestry. His activity has a special focus on the energy sector due to his professional experience in regulatory, arbitration and technical areas. He has worked as a researcher in projects funded by an international oil and gas corporation, and has an academic background with an LLB from the University of São Paulo and a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas.
