About Ruvimbo T L Matsika

Ruvimbo T L Matsika is a partner at Wintertons, where she leads the labour and employment department. Ruvimbo specialises in labour and employment law and represents some of the country’s biggest employers in this regard. She is a resource person for the Employers’ Confederation of Zimbabwe and has made several presentations for their members on topical labour issues. Ruvimbo offers training to employers on the roles and duties of workers’ committees and works councils, as well as on the conduct of disciplinary proceedings. She has also written several papers and guides on various topics relating to employment law.
