About Chido Marian Hove

Chido Marian Hove is a partner in DMH’s commercial and financial services group, with over 16 years’ post-admission experience. She advises local, regional and international clients, specialising in energy and infrastructure projects, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, mining, banking and finance, competition law and intellectual property. Chido has advised on significant transactions including the Batoka Gorge Hydroelectric Scheme, Hwange Thermal Power Station rehabilitation and major road infrastructure projects. Her experience includes advising investors, lenders, developers, multilateral institutions and public sector entities on project structuring, regulatory compliance, financing, joint ventures, risk allocation and complex commercial documentation.
